Quotes and Estimates

Submitting the quote form is a request for an estimate, not a contract, and it doesn’t obligate you or us to anything. Every job is priced after we see the property. Estimates are based on what we can see at the time, and we’ll talk with you before any change to the price, such as for hidden conditions discovered once work begins.

Work Agreements

Before we start work, we’ll provide a written agreement that lists the work, the price, and the payment terms. That agreement controls the job, and it takes priority over anything on this website. As New York law requires for home improvement contracts, it will explain your right to cancel.

Scheduling and Weather

We do our best to stick to the schedule and to let you know when we’re coming. Weather, material availability, and other conditions outside our control can cause delays. If that happens, we’ll let you know and reschedule as soon as we can.

Payment

Payment terms are listed in your work agreement or invoice. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice.

Photos and Content

The text, logo, and photos on this website belong to Tidewater Landscapes and Hardscapes LLC or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them without asking. Before-and-after photos show past projects, and results vary depending on each property.

We try to keep this website accurate and up to date, but services, service areas, and details may change.
